Why is there a credit score for finance, but no standardized score for careers? Historically, measuring professional potential was too subjective. But with structured competency mapping, we developed the Career Score.
What is a Career Score?
Your Career Score is an intermediate variable indicating your verified readiness for a specific trajectory (e.g. Product Manager, Software Engineer). It is not a test score; it is a live composite index derived from the alignment of your verified skills against standard industry benchmarks.
How It Works: The CCG Pipeline
The scoring pipeline operates across four stages:
- Evidence Upload: You submit Notion specs, Figma links, or GitHub repositories as proof-of-work.
- AI Evaluation: Our assessor engine verifies reasoning depth, verifiability, and quality, outputting a quality score.
- CCG Update: The validated score updates your personal **Career Capability Graph (CCG)** radar vector.
- Score Computation: The final score is generated by applying weight profiles and confidence ratios based on the target career blueprint.
This creates a transparent metric representing your verified capability, making it easy for employers to source and qualify talent with high confidence.
