1. Dual-Threshold Validation Standard
To ensure that the Career OS score remains a credible signal of candidate competence for top employers, the platform enforces a strict dual-threshold validation system. Evidence submitted by users must satisfy both requirements:
Assessing execution depth, methodology accuracy, and adherence to industry best practices.
Evaluating reasoning depth, artifact presence, and verifiability to detect copy-pasted or generic text.
* Any submission falling below either threshold is routed to “Revision Required”status and does not contribute to the user's Career Score or portfolio market value.
2. Verification Parameters
Our AI assessment engines run structural audits across three criteria to calculate the authenticity score:
- Artifact Presence (Max 0.4): Evidence of prototypes, codebase repositories, custom screenshots, spreadsheets, or project documents.
- Reasoning Depth (Max 0.3): Logical density of explanations, strategic trade-off analysis, and framework customization.
- Verifiability (Max 0.3): Use of realistic numbers, specific data metrics, links, or verifiable constraints.
3. Data & Storage Integrity
Your portfolio credentials and evidence contents are stored using industrial-grade database standards. We utilize PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) policies to guarantee that only authenticated developers can manage their portfolios. Our servers run under secure Supabase and Cloudflare protocols, preventing unauthorized scrapes or credential leakage.
4. Employer Certification
When recruiters look at a Career OS portfolio sharing page, each validated milestone contains a cryptographic verification seal backed by Career OS. This assures employers that the candidate's work proof is authenticated and audited.
