The data controller for the Platform is Pard Business Management & Consulting Ltd.. Upon account creation, we collect your email address, chosen username, avatar images, account credentials, and billing preferences. Billing details and transaction records (such as Career Pass or Pro plan purchases) are securely handled by our third-party payment gateways.
To calculate your Career Score, you upload evidence of work (Evidence), including strategy decks, project repositories, system architectures, Notion cases, Figma links, or writing samples. These artifacts are processed by our verification engine.
We automatically collect information from your device, including IP addresses, browser specifications, operating system details, access times, system interaction logs, and cookie indicators.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your personal information under the following legal bases and for these specified purposes:
- Platform Service Provision: To build learning path blueprints, facilitate evidence checks, compute your Hireability Score, and track career capital.
- Assessing Authenticity: To run our automated AI evaluation engine checking reasoning depth, artifact presence, and verifiability parameters.
- Secure Recruiter Matching: To display capability vectors and recruiter-readiness indexes in the Opportunity Engine, enabling corporate matches.
- Transactional Management: To process payments, active membership tiers, and lifetime pass updates.
- Security and Fraud Prevention: To monitor account behavior, detect bot actions, and prevent plagiarism or automated template exploitation.
5. Data Retention, Protection, and Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure your personal data. Our database configurations utilize PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) layers, restricting data access strictly to authorized account holders. We retain your account data and portfolio artifacts only for as long as necessary to fulfill the services requested, or as required by law.
6. Your Data Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (such as under the GDPR or CCPA), you possess specific rights regarding your personal information:
- Right of Access: The right to request copies of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Rectification: The right to request corrections to incomplete or inaccurate records.
- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): The right to request the deletion of your account and associated evidence entries.

7. Data Deletion and Account Removal Instructions
We respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. If you decide to stop using Career OS, you can easily request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated information.
You can delete your account directly inside the Platform:
- Log in to your account on the web platform or mobile application.
- Navigate to the Settings page.
- Scroll down to the Account Management section and click on Delete Account.
- Confirm the request by typing your password or completing the authentication prompt.
Alternatively, you can email your deletion request to our privacy support team at [email protected]. The email must be sent from the address registered with your Career OS account.
Upon receiving an account deletion request:
- Your profile data, login credentials, learning path history, and verified evidence files will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days.
- Any cached data or system logs will be purged in accordance with our system lifecycle, up to a maximum of 60 days.
- Financial transaction records processed by our payment gateway (Stripe) will be retained as required by applicable tax, accounting, and anti-money laundering laws, but will be disconnected from any active user profile.
