Roc / Peng Jiang
Founder & Chief Product ArchitectA veteran tech entrepreneur and product strategist with over 20 years of experience in product architecture and internet operations, alongside a decade of executive corporate management. Formerly served as COO for prominent internet and gaming giants such as Snail Games and Centerworld. Successfully secured major venture backings throughout his career, including a multi-million dollar investment from Kingsoft in 2008 and a $30M Pre-A round in 2016. Founder of PARD Technology, where he spearheaded the development and global scaling of MMO games, IoT hardware, and mobile ecosystems, holding multiple U.S. utility patents. Under his leadership, PARD was selected by Innovate BC as a featured venture for Web Summit and named one of Vancouver’s Top 50 High-Potential Scale-Ups.
Jiankun (David) Wei
Co-Founder & Lead AI/QA EngineerMSc in Computer Science at the University of Toronto, specializing in large-scale speech and language foundation models, LLM inference efficiency, and security architectures (graduating with an exceptional 3.99/4.00 GPA). Recipient of the prestigious Wolfond Scholarship ($20k) and the NSERC USRA Award. David brings robust industry QA expertise from his tenure at Uken Games, where he managed automated and manual test suites for large-scale software releases. An active AI builder, he architected “Work Talk Coach,” a full-stack generative AI speech platform, and served as a contractor for the Communication Security Establishment (CSE), Government of Canada, building self-supervised foundation model pipelines. At Career OS, he spearheads red-team vulnerability testing for the AI Validation Engine, test automation, and empirical requirement verification.
