1. Acceptance of Terms

By establishing an account, navigating our site, or subscribing to services, you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are established between you and Pard Business Management & Consulting Ltd.(“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you disagree with any segment of these Terms, you must immediately terminate access.

3. Submission Standards and Authenticity Policies

To maintain the integrity of Career OS scores and portfolios, users must comply with strict submission standards.

• Originality: All proof-of-work, case files, codebases, and strategy reviews must be owned and authored by the user. Plagiarism will lead to account suspension.
• Dual-Threshold Grades: For submissions to be validated and saved in the Career Vault, they must achieve a Quality Score ≥ 65 and an Authenticity Score ≥ 0.6. Submissions falling below these thresholds require revision.
• Prohibited Actions: Users are prohibited from using scripts, automated bots, or batch-generating low-quality AI responses to bypass authenticity metrics. Any activity deemed system abuse will result in account review or termination.

4. Payment, Renewal, and Cancellation

Purchases are billed immediately. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. You can cancel your Pro plan subscription at any time through the Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Because AI assessment processing incurs server costs, we do not issue prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform codebase, UI structures, calculations, logo designs, and systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Pard Business Management & Consulting Ltd. You retain all ownership rights to the raw content and text submissions you upload, but grant us a license to process and score those submissions to provide the platform services.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to all or part of the Platform if:

• You violate any material provision of these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy.
• You engage in fraudulent behaviors, plagiarism, automated scraping, or system abuse designed to exploit or bypass our AI verification engine.
• Your Pro plan subscription payment fails repeatedly, and you do not resolve the billing issue within our grace period.

You can close your Career OS account at any time through the Settings page of the platform. Upon closure or termination, your right to access the learning blueprints, Opportunity Engine matches, and premium vault data ends immediately. Data deletion will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Career OS is designed as a career mapping and performance diagnostic tool. Under no circumstances shall Pard Business Management & Consulting Ltd. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee employment, salary adjustments, promotion approvals, or recruitment outcomes.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service and any disputes relating to them shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the corporate registration laws of Pard Business Management & Consulting Ltd., without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will publish notifications of material changes on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
